Brixx Wood Fired Pizza

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Took forever to get service my salad came out loaded with croutons they were out if gluten free pizza crust so I ordered wings off the gluten free menu and got sick on my way home. Should have known better

Staff is knowledgeable about Celiac and always accommodating to our needs. We eat here occasionally. My son and I have Celiac Disease and we’ve never had a reaction.

They have gluten free pizza but I would say dinner beware. I ate there the Friday before Christmas and had a terrible gluten reaction. I am taking this off my safe list. I have Celiac Disease.

Twice I have ordered a gluten free pizza to go from here and twice I have been given a gluten pizza. The second time my reaction was so bad, if I could have gotten to my phone I would have gone to the hospital. When I emailed them, I was sent a blow off email. No mention of re-training the staff, emphasizing the importance of gluten-free, etc. You could not pay me to go here again.

Love this place! Great managers! Friendly staff! Even gluten free beer, what's not to love? An I didn't even mention the amazing pizza! Yup I always stop by when I come to Gastonia!

Ask for the gluten free menu. If you order the pizza get the gluten free crust and not the cauliflower crust. The cauliflower has the possibility of being cross contaminated.

The have an extensive allergy list for all menu items. Server was very knowledgeable and explained the precautions the kitchen takes. I am sensitive to cross contact and felt fine after eating here.

We eat the pizza and wings here! The staff seemed knowledgeable and no reaction (very sensitive to cross contamination).
