We ordered online, before we did, we called to ask about their kitchen. They told me they use a dedicated fryer for gluten free items, but due to the size of the kitchen they couldn’t promise zero cross contamination. Any kitchen that isn’t a dedicated gluten free kitchen would say the same thing, but they were incredibly kind when I asked about ingredients (fried chicken is made in house). We got the jalapeño poppers, plain French fries, the sweet garlic fried chicken sandwich, and the Bubbie’s single with the beet patty. All of the food was very good and had large portions. After 12+ hours, I’ve had no reaction to the food.
