waited over 30 minutes still waiting...others waited 45 minutes and left...they were the second people to leave...im goin to leave too...heard the fries were good ...but i have no clue...im out

Both the sweet potato and regular fries were amazing; several interesting gf dipping sauces to choose from (which were well labeled). I made the mistake of getting the Sonoma Valley salad, which was bland and flavorless and was mostly iceberg lettuce. Lesson learned. My fiancé had the OMG burger, which was well-named... I was drooling just smelling it! Don't make my mistake and get a salad and you will likely have a 5 star experience!

Good selection of gluten free items. Bun was nice and soft. My only complaint is that the burger itself could've been seasoned a little better (even just salt and pepper would've been good). Fries were good, service was great. Will definitely visit again.

Always nice to go somewhere with a dedicated frier. I just wish their chipotle mayo dipping sauce was GF!

Delicious burgers and fantastic service along with friendly attention to detail make Burger 21 a top pick for my wife who was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Recommended by our local Celiac support group. All gluten free items ordered arrive at table side with a GF sticker. My wife has eaten more burgers in the last 6 weeks than she's eaten in her 40 years of existence!

Amazing fries. Burger was good but my bun fell apart so easily. Was disappointed in that. I would return though for the fries! Staff was great too!

The best gluten-free hamburger bun I've had - hands down! Also, many of their sauces for their burgers are gluten-free. The sauces are conveniently labeled. They also offer some gluten-free beer and hard cider. The staff and management are always very friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and attentive as well as the owner, Alex who took the time to answer any questions and ask for suggestions. If you haven't tried Burger 21, please do and bring your friends/family... I know we will!! It's so nice to feel normal while eating a juicy burger on a soft bun, elbow deep in a basket of fries! All GFCF when ordered as such :0)

I have been eagerly awaiting for this place to open and it did not disappoint. The restaurant has a modern seating style where you order then take a number and they bring the food to your table. The staff were all extremely friendly and wonderfully attentive. They answered tons of questions about their policies of the gluten free orders. I really appreciated the sticker that verified my order was gluten free and handled properly. The manager met with me and talked to me about their dairy free options as well and took a photo of the ingredients for the gluten free bun so I could share with my family who are also gluten and dairy free. My burger was awesome...it had been a really long time since I got a great burger on a good bun. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Alex the manager if you have any questions.

Really enjoyed our experience here today! I felt they took our allergy very seriously and the food was delicious! The burger was cooked perfectly and the sweet potato fries were so good too! Definitely recommend as they have quite a few things on the menu that are GF.

Tasty burger and fries! The menu was very descriptive as to what is and is not gluten free, and even lists sauces. Didn’t get sick! Food quality was good; on par with Red Robin.
