Way overpriced for what you get, over $70 for 4 of us. Able to get fries which is always a treat. Employee taking order seemed annoyed that we didn’t use the self-service kiosk to place our order but customizations weren’t easy to find on it when we tried.

Tasty and simple food. They know how to handle gluten free. Good burgers, tasty salads and even the fries (including the sweet potato fries) are gluten-free!

Definitely not gluten free. I also have a corn allergy and had a really intense reaction to eating a burger patty and fries

My daughter is celiac and loves B21. Their GF buns are delicious and they have a dedicated fryer. You MUST tell them you have an allergy, otherwise they will not use the dedicated fryer. Also, they have GF shakes and use a separate mixer for the shakes if you tell them you have an allergy. This is a go to for us.

I’ve eaten here many times with no issues. Burgers are delicious and you can never go wrong with gf fries. I always let them know I have a “gluten allergy” and order a gf bun and gf fries. Amazing!!!

They had a great gluten free selection including all sauces available being labeled for gluten content! Only complaint is when we first got there they were out of gluten free buns so I had to wait for a worker to return from “picking some up” whatever that means.

First place I have found with a dedicated fryer since my diagnosis. I can't wait to try again.

This place is AWESOME! The manager Doug took the time explain all their gluten precautions, and even showed me their safety containers that they use in the kitchen. They even bring out gluten-free items separately to avoid cross-contamination. And besides their gluten-free excellence, the food is even more amazing! BTW they have much more than just a chicken salad for celiac options.

3 out of 4 in our family are celiac and we have never been contaminated. We eat here every two weeks and have been well taken care of (especially by Jack)! We love Burger 21! One tip that I was too shy to stick to when I was first diagnosed-- always ask for the manager if you need to order gluten free!! Employees often don't care because they are not individually responsible for the mistakes of the franchise. Managers are!!! Once my son was diagnosed with celiac as well, I got over my shyness for his health!

By for the best cheeseburger and fries I have had. Never contaminated me, I'm always looking for a reason to drive to Tampa just for Burger 21! I can only hope they put one by my house.

I was assured my order was completely gluten free and would be safely handled. I got very sick after eating here.

If you are on a lunch time frame - Do NOT order takeout and expect your meal to be ready on time, nor even 10 minutes past your scheduled pick up time. I placed an online order for a Noon pick up, I arrived at 12:10 and was told I needed to wait for my fries. Apparently they don't start to cook your fries until you show up. Four minutes later I'm still waiting on my fries. I had to ask for my burger and leave WITHOUT my fries. And the truly sad part, I had already paid for everything on line (even my non-existent fries). Will I be going back, as a first time customer, I can truthfully say - - - NO!!!!!

Gluten Free menu has many great options!

My daughter called it 'Burger Heaven'. Best Gluten free burgers we have ever had. Juicy with tons of flavor. The servers were knowledgeable and food was marked well. Milkshakes and floats were out of this world. Kids were excited to make their own floats. My daughter wanted 6 stars for the rating. Very happy GF family. Wish we had one closer to home.

Excellent GF burger/bun and GF sweet potato fries. My fries came out late and the server came out to apologize and said that someone had put a chicken burger in the same fryer as the fries and they had to empty the fryer and clean it out so they could make new fries for me. They have integrity!!

I recommend burger 21 to everyone, especially those with allergens. Staff is exremely careful with cross contamination which is a huge problem I experience at other places claiming to be gluten free. The best part? Food tastes AMAZING! Please give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Really enjoyed our experience here today! I felt they took our allergy very seriously and the food was delicious! The burger was cooked perfectly and the sweet potato fries were so good too! Definitely recommend as they have quite a few things on the menu that are GF.
