We were pretty impressed with our server’s knowledge and I also spoke with the manager. They cook any GF burgers on a separate part of the flat top and they brought my daughter’s food out separately. We were able to order her a cheeseburger on a GF bun with a side salad with no croutons. She is super symptomatic and did not get sick at all. I was so glad for her to be able to eat here because her soccer team reserved a space for a dinner and for once she didn’t have to bring her own food.

Gluten-free menu available. One of the only restaurants that did not charge more for Gluten-free buns. Thank you. The whole family had several items from the Gluten-free menu. Everything was tasty. French fries were not available as they do not have a separate fryer, which sucks when your child is gf and just wants french fries like everyone else. Overall is was a nice experience, one of our wait staff was gluten sensitive and could relate.

Overall, I had a very good experience at this place. At first I was skeptical to try this place because of the bad reviews. They have a gluten-sensitive menu, which definitely helped. I asked my waiter more about their food allergy/avoiding cross contact protocol and he wasn't very knowledgeable about it, but he was very nice and got the manager right away. She was very nice and informative and took my needs very seriously when I explained that I had celiac disease and had to be cautious about avoiding cross contact. She explained to me how for gluten allergies, the burgers were cooked on the grill instead of the flat top, as the flat top had bread on there as well. She let me know that the chef would be sure to keep mine separate and cook it in a separate area from the other burgers.I had also ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer (to make it GF, they serve with veggies instead of fries). However, after a little while after we placed our orders, the manager came out and informed me that the chef didn't feel comfortable serving me the artichoke dip because he knew that there was a high chance of cross contact with bread crumbs. While I was bummed that I couldn't try the dip, I was also super appreciative that the chef and manager went out of their way to tell me that. It was one less sale for them, but it showed to me that they did really care about not making me sick. So overall, with talking to the right employees/managers, this was a very good experience. Also, the prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious!

They do have a gluten free menu, but it doesn’t have a lot of variety. I found it very weird that even though I ordered something on their gluten free menu, I was told that components of my selection had gluten in it, so I had to change my selection. Why have something on the GF menu if it contains gluten??? I did not feel safe eating here, and the server was not knowledgeable about celiac until I explained it to her.

They do have a gluten sensitive menu with quite a few options on it. However, the waiter was not very knowledgeable of these items. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger on a GF bun and a side salad. Salad came out with croutons. Ended up having a few symptoms after dinner. Not the most trustworthy place.

I got a burger on the gluten free bun and coleslaw. Both were on the gluten free menu. It came out as would be expected, but I got sick. I am assuming it was cross contamination. It was quite a disappointment.

After explaining my son’s celiac disease and ordering an item off the gluten sensitive menu, they brought his brisket sandwich out piled with breaded onion rings. After the waiter confirmed that they were not gluten free, he brought the ‘remade’ sandwich back out on the same plate. In reading the reviews, looks like this is not a one-off. Did not eat the food and will not be returning.

Pretty good. I sat in the upstairs part and they have a table top shuffleboard to okay whole you wait for food which is pretty cool. I'm also gluten free. They do have a gluten sensitive menu. I got the Shed burger. At first, the burger came with the fries onions which do have gluten on them. It was a quick fix and I got a fresh burger. The burger was so good but I couldn't chew the brisket to on the burger without cutting it into pieces first.

Food is usually good but have had several issues with non gf bun coming out and at that point my trust is shot . Managers always ask to take care of it but I have trouble trusting it wasn’t a switch out vs. a new remake
