They were out of the GF buns so I had the chicken chop salad with the cilantro dressing. They assured me the chips were safe to eat. ‘Twas good and I had no reaction.

They use the fryer for more than fries, such as chicken fingers etc...once I explained everything the precautions were taken and there were no adverse effects.

They even fry the gluten free fries separately.
Although Burgerteca doesn’t have a specifically gluten-free menu, many of the menu items are gluten-free. Best of all, not only does Burgerteca offers gluten-free hamburger buns, the fries are safe too!!! They are fried separately from any gluten-containing foods.
The food there is very inventive. And the burgers are fun!
