they will bring sealed condiments and bun if you're very intolerant to any trace of gluten, and the fries are always cooked in a separate fryer with only other fries. Or if trace amounts don't bother you, you can have your gluten free bun toasted and assembled to your own specifications. They have Gluten free cheddar cheese available instead of American cheese if you want a cheeseburger too.
