This restaurant is not safe for those with celiac. They offer gluten free pancakes but cook them on the same grill, and right next to, the gluten pancakes. I asked if they could use a separate pan to cook them and they said their kitchen was too small to accommodate. They also noted none of their carb options (gf pancakes, hash browns, or breakfast potatoes) were safe for those with an allergy. Lastly, they shared that their meat is cooked on the same grill as the pancakes (although at a separate end). The only safe items were eggs and omelets.
The customer service was just eh. They were honest but unwilling to accommodate. Each meal comes as a platter (omelet with bacon for example). When asked if they could sub something (fruit for example) for meat, they were only willing to do so at an up charge.
On the upside, the prices were not bad. But we found it too limited for those with celiac and we left without ordering.

I ordered the Denver skillet w/ scrambled eggs and the gluten free pancakes on the side. Both were really good. The pancakes came in a stack of 3. They were massive and we’re nice and fluffy. Basically got 2 meals in 1! Had no reactions at all :) In the past I’ve ordered a salad for lunch from here and it was good. Items on the menu are marked GF
