I get the bowl- and you can also get the salad. The corn tortillas are cooked in the same space flour tortilla quesadillas are cooked- so just be aware of that. You can have the chips! Avoid the steak. The person who served me changed their gloves which is nice- you can just ask. It can end up being pretty pricey because certain things add to the cost.

I was told that the only things that were not gluten free was the tortillas and steak. That being said, I went during a busy lunch rush. The food preparers didn't change gloves when I mentioned I had a gluten allergies, but I also did not press the issue as I didn't want to hold up the line.

It was pricey, around $14 for a bowl, chips, and drink. It was a huge portion, and could probably be split between two people. The food was ok. It was kind of bland for the style of food, but it was good quality ingredients.

They also had a sign up where a customer could purchase a meal token for someone in need. Then, if someone in need came in, they could look for the token and get a free meal. That's a wonderful thing to see in a restaurant, so go support them!

Their corn tortilla chips and corn tortillas are gluten free. Their chicken, pulled pork and grass fed ground beef are all gluten free (the steak is not- there is some soy sauce in the marinade). A salad or bowl is a great option for anyone who is intolerant to gluten.

They just started soup season and have a soup of the day. The grass fed beef chili, pulled pork chili, and chicken tortilla soup are all gluten free.

All of their popsicles are gluten free and they offer the Good Cookie, which is gluten free and vegan too!
