I am a repeat customer at Burton’s. I was diagnosed with celiac disease 18 years ago and, by far, this is my favorite GF restaurant. I know that they have dedicated fryers for gf customers as well as a dedicated kitchen area. I go there often and have never had a bad reaction to their food and my stomach is super sensitive! Fir tears, I was afraid to go out for dinner, so stayed at home and cooked GF. Eventually I got brave. Some restaurants were successful, some not. This is definitely a safe restaurant if you suffer from celiac disease or are gluten sensitive. My favorites are the calamari (also my family favorite), and fish bronzed tacos. So many items in their regular menu are also made GF, and their specials can be modified in the GF kitchen-at least every item that I’ve asked for so far. I cannot say enough GOOD things about this restaurant!❤
