Review of Burtons Grill & Bar

I used to eat here, multiple locations, and never had an issue until tonight. Also not one to normally write reviews. Going to keep this short, I have a nut and gluten allergy. Waiter was made aware of this before we ordered and I ensured when I ordered food to repeat this information. I ordered the GF bread which came with pesto and a few other sides I said no pesto explicitly and it came with peso first time around. Then, my salad came and halfway through I noticed a crouton in it. This is NOT the waiters fault. I am sure they mentioned allergies in the ticket for my food. This is 100% a kitchen issue/quality control issue. Very disappointing, will not be coming back.
