Food was delicious, but I’m not sure about cross-contamination risk. I had the baked ziti with GF pasta and a side of GF garlic bread which comes with the meal. The salad beforehand was wonderful! The salad was spring mix with tomato, olives, peppers, and mozzarella cheese.
On the other hand, the service was very slow as we waited a good hour for our food. Also, this restaurant slides in an automatic gratuity of $1 per person for kitchen staff onto the bill. The fine print on the menu shows this (I saw when looking at the menu after we got the bill). You have the option to remove this fee. To me though, it was a pretty
deceitful way to increase prices without showing it on food items. I would rather the owner pay them their deserving wage and include it in food prices upfront.
There are other options out there which may be better, but it’s a decent place to go if you have the time as the food is really good.

The waitress was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and assured me that the pizza would be cooked in a separate tray and prepared in a cleaned part of the kitchen. The crust was pretty good, they do charge extra for gluten free pizza though.

The gluten free pasta was pretty good but the dinner roll that came with it was pretty dry.
Larger than normal single serve gluten free pizzas, very good but personally thought a little expensive
