Great ice cream place in Pigeon Forge. Owner/manager (?) was extremely nice and knowledgeable. They had separate paper that listed GF items, but he also helped out with tips as well. He even asked if we knew about this GF app as another customer had mentioned it to him. Not dedicated GF only facility but they use separate mixers for each order that is made even if no allergies. Mixers are all cleaned after each use. Nothing touched with hands from what I saw and all very organized. No chaos or ton of workers all over the place. Very calm atmosphere and clean. They have printed stickers that are put on every bowl or order so there is no confusion about what should be in order. Can add shots for extra price for “buzzed” part of the theme, but we were only ordering regular ice cream. We actually went twice during our trip last week since my GF daughter requested to go again! With all separate mixers for every order, there was a wait. Wait was same when we went first time with only 5 people and same when back second time when placed was packed. Was worth the wait, but just advising so others are prepared. Very great experience all around and felt very safe.

This place is fascinating! 1. It’s called Buzzed Bull because any creation can have liquor added to it. 2. It doesn’t specifically have a GF menu because everything is made to order. YES, ice cream made right in front of you in these blenders. 3. There is a sheet that adequately explains the flavor based for GF and Vegan.

VERY accommodating!! Helped me get the most chocolate in my dessert as possible! I create your own and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Such an amazing establishment! They were very understanding and helped guide me through what was gluten free through an allergies chart they have on site that lists what’s gluten free, vegan, etc. They took the extra step to physically show me the labels of the alcohol and ingredients they were going to use in my order for me to further verify it was all gluten free. No cross contamination as they use a clean blender after each order. Amazing place and will definitely be going again!

What a great icecream place! Every icecream is made to order with its own clean set of equipment so the chance of cross contact is extremely minimal. The staff was knowledgeable about what options are gluten free and knew what modifications to make. And for those who are dairy free, everything, yes everything, can be made into a sorbet. And it was delicious. As a very sensitive Celiac, I did not react and plan to visit again!

The owner was very helpful and cared about why we were choosing GF and DF options! I got a peanut butter vegan milkshake and my husband got a chocolate one! It was delicious!!

Was very impressed with this ice cream shop. They had a very detailed chart of vegan / non dairy / and gluten free toppings and ingredients. I chose to build my own vegan and gluten free version of banana split with vegan base (almond milk) and then the usual toppings. Chocolate sauce was vegan and gf and I was even directed on which alcohols would be safe and compliment the milkshake. The owner was super friendly and over the course of our weekend getaway we went twice and I did not get sick!

Lots of potential flavor options of ice creams or milkshakes with one of the specialty flavors or create-your-own. My celiac partner got the buzzed bowl ice cream with baileys which was delicious while I got the non-alcoholic bonfire milkshake (non-gf). It was so good we made an extra trip back before leaving at the end of our trip. My celiac partner did not have any gluten reactions.

Ice cream place offers ice-cream scoops, coffee, and milkshakes. Staff are mindful of allergies. It is a “build-your-own” concept— ie you pick alcoholic vs nonalcoholic, base flavor, and mix-ins. I got the Buzzed Bull scoop (which has espresso mixed in too).
