What a great icecream place! Every icecream is made to order with its own clean set of equipment so the chance of cross contact is extremely minimal. The staff was knowledgeable about what options are gluten free and knew what modifications to make. And for those who are dairy free, everything, yes everything, can be made into a sorbet. And it was delicious. As a very sensitive Celiac, I did not react and plan to visit again!
