Tacos can be made on corn tortillas to make them GF. Nachos are from shared fryer so not GF. Was told all meats were safe, but one had a soy glaze, so I avoided that one. Had Mahi-mahi & carne asada tacos they were good. One of sides contains beer but all other sides are GF.
I’ve been here twice and haven’t had a reaction either time. I have had two different waiters and both times when asked for corn tortillas because I was celiac they have explained to me how the chef would prepare it to avoid cross contact.

Menus does not list anything as gluten free. I thought I would be safe with the corn chips but was sick the next day. Shame on me for not asking, but it looks like others had the same issue.
Had a reaction once, but most times am fine. Staff knowledgable.

I was torn on how to review this because there is a likely chance of cross contamination, BUT they were completely transparent with us. We wanted the cheese dip and she told us that while they use corn tortillas, it is shared with the fryer they use flour tortillas. She asked if it was an allergy when he ordered his food so she said the kitchen would use a different pan. They offer corn tortillas. My son doesn’t have reactions when he’s glutened so I can’t tell you if there was cross contamination. The food was really good and I appreciate how transparent they were about their operations regarding gluten.
