The food is amazing (except for their cheese empanadas, which they recently changed the cheese style and now it is terrible) but a lot of items are gluten free naturally and the empanadas, arepas and cachapas are made from 100% corn masa (the manager showed me the package when I asked, but feel free to double check when you go). The patacones are made from 100% plantain and last time I checked all the meats and cheeses were safe. I have eaten there for years and have not gotten sick. It is more of a grab and go type of spot, but they do have seating inside and out of you chose to stay there to eat your food.

Amazing Venezuelan food! The arepa sandwiches are so good. Most of it is naturally gluten free but definitely ask. Cashier didn’t speak English fluently so make sure you can communicate your allergies
