The food is amazing (except for their cheese empanadas, which they recently changed the cheese style and now it is terrible) but a lot of items are gluten free naturally and the empanadas, arepas and cachapas are made from 100% corn masa (the manager showed me the package when I asked, but feel free to double check when you go). The patacones are made from 100% plantain and last time I checked all the meats and cheeses were safe. I have eaten there for years and have not gotten sick. It is more of a grab and go type of spot, but they do have seating inside and out of you chose to stay there to eat your food.
