This restaurant has been a go-to for a few years whenever we go into Pueblo. I've eaten there twice since I was diagnosed with celiac 9 months ago. Their steak fajitas are amazing, so that's what I had both times. The first time I felt great afterwards. The second time I think I may have had a tiny bit of cross contamination, but the symptoms were so minor I can't say for sure. Since no one else has reported cross contamination, I'll definitely give it another try. The waitress had a basic understanding of celiac. Their house margarita is gluten free, too!

No labels on the menu, no gluten free menu. My waiter was knowledgeable and helpful but minimal options on the menu... corn chips and crispy corn shells are all fried with tortillas. Enchiladas seemed like the best option since they aren’t fried.
Very good food. Great service!
Was informed by waitress that all chiles and sauces contained flour and after that she really did not seem concerned. No suggestions at all. So the only options were tacos or tostadas with corn tortillas unless you wanted enchiladas topped with salsa. No thanks.

Knowledgable about what is in their food. Very friendly.
