This place is something different now. They said they have gf pizza, but I didn't try it. Looks like a regular sandwich shop now.

Located inside the lobby of an office building, very knowledgeable staff, owner operated. delicious breakfast sandwiches. Very gf aware, separate utensils, cooking, prep etc. Def worth the stop.

Amazing food & highly knowledgable about what gluten free is all about. Mark & Donna also add a true personalized service, something hard to find in most restaurants. Really enjoyed my experience not only because it was gluten free, but because the people running it are genuine people. Will certainly be a repeat customer.

Great place for people with Celiac. I went today with a group from work and was actually handed the book they have on Celiac! They really get it, down to separate cutting boards, knives, fryer, you name it. We were there for breakfast. I had a delicious GF breakfast sandwich and am planning to go back for lunch very soon! You've gotta check this place out!

Excellent gluten free meatball sub with a menu that really caters to gluten free eaters more than most in the Metro West area. Mark & Donna offered a welcoming environment and made sure we knew what our options were. Highly recommend!

While this isn't a typical "5 star" restaurant, I'm rating it as such as it is the best restaurant for gluten free food in the area. (On yelp, I've rated it as a 4 star restaurant, as people using that site are not necessarily looking for gluten free options).

This is one of those places you'd never think to try without a recommendation, but after all the great recommendations on findmeglutenfree.com, I just had to give it a try. It's hidden away in the Comcast office complex on the far end of Main Street. Atmosphere is typical office park cafe, a little dark and sparse, but impeccably clean. This is an order at the counter type of place and everything is freshly prepared. There is an extensive menu with daily specials and lots of gluten free options.

Daily specials included fried clams, lobster rolls and pulled pork sandwiches, just to name a few. I tried the lobster roll (on gluten free bread) and was pleasantly surprises to find that it was chock full of lobster. Both the offerings and the quality of the food where definitely a step up form what you would expect in this type of setting.

The owner is really invested in providing great food at fair prices. He has many gluten free customers in the office complex and has really educated himself to meet their needs. There is a dedicated fryer, breads are grilled so that they are not contaminated in a shared toaster, gluten free pasta is available, meatballs are made gluten free, etc.

This is now my go-to breakfast/lunch spot in Hudson and I will be back on a regular basis. No where else in the area has the amount of options that Cafe 577 does (I also have a dairy allergy, so am usually limited to just one or two options per restaurant), and I don't believe anywhere else in Hudson has a dedicated fryer.

Friendly and knowledgeable! As other have mentioned, there's no shortage of GF options here. I got a chicken BLT with fries and it hit the spot. I just wish they had night hours for take-out! We'll definitely be back.

Awesome owners! Very attentive to customer requests, suggestions and needs. Delicious gluten free food. Gluten free bread and pasta, Gluten free meatballs and sauces not just naturally gluten free foods. Mark and Donna are knowledgeable about all food allergies. Cafe 577 have more non traditionally gluten free selections than some larger chain restaurants.

Went to Café 577 and my daughter has celiac and she had an awesome GF breakfast sandwich. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating, would strongly suggest Café 577 if you are on a GF diet, my food was delish as well!

They can make almost anything you want on the menu gluten free! I had a gluten free chicken quesadilla with gluten free fries! It was so good! They also have gluten free cookies, brownies, and chocolate cake! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Would go here everyday! Loved it

It was awesome!! They have gf sub rolls wraps French fries are gf too! I had a steak n cheese on a sub roll with fries. They also have gf chocolate chip cookies! The owner came to be sure everything was good! Def will return!
