I had Parmesan grits and a strawberry spinach salad. Staff was very helpful and confirmed my choices with kitchen. Menu had gf items marked (except grits).

Simple cafe. Got scrambled eggs and bacon. Tasty. Tried the GF muffin (blueberry) has dairy but totally worth it.

we sat down here based on the previous reviews and options. there are gf options marked on the menu, but the waiter was very upfront in saying they do not have a dedicated fryer and they are not celiac friendly. we didn't chance it and left.

Best GF food I've ever had. Chef came out and talked to me- they have a GF fryer. GF clearly marked on the menu. The shrimp and grits was the highlight of my NOLA trip. Amazing service and delicious food.
