We are visiting from St. Louis and really were stoked to find Cafe Cusco. The menu is clearly marked with what items are not gf (very few). So many options! The food was very good and both of us gluten free folk did not get sick (my son and I are very sensitive). One issue we did have was that someone gave me flour tortillas with my fajitas. I noticed it as soon as I opened the foil. I had my dad who is not gluten free try it to make sure I was correct. The staff was quick to rectify the issue and it was an honest mistake. If this hasn't happened I would have given them a higher rating. I am so glad I didn't eat the tortilla and trust it to be corn. We had the best nachos ever as a started I think it was called nacho picchu. My guests had lomo saltado and chaufa pork fried rice. We would go back if we come to visit the area again.
