Review of Cafe Cusco

My daughter is celiac and got glutened here. We were sure to let the server know and order something gluten free. I’m not sure if maybe a sauce was not GF or if maybe a pan was shared, hands not washed, etc. They have a great variety and flavors and they definitely tried their best to be celiac friendly. Slow service, but awesome atmosphere. Perhaps not every celiac will be as sensitive as my preschooler.
