Review of Cafe Formaggio

stay far away. they may have a separate allergy kitchen, but my nima found gluten in my grilled salmon. they also dont pay attention to who orders what. they carry regular food on top of gf food to serve it. they grab your utensils without asking. inhave gotten sick here several times before my nima. complaints get you nowhere. the original chef & owner are at his deli most days so nobody is supervising the rest of the staff. i heard (although i dont know how true it is) the the chef left because of their careless & cavalier attitude towards people getting sick/reporting gluten found in nimas. i also heard they got people sick bynserving regular chicken tenders to kids but they were supposed to be gf. blamed their supplier.
