Delicious! Our daughter-in-law ordered a tray of gluten free chicken parm, pasta, and a loaf of gf bread for Christmas. I was the only one with Celiac, but anyone that wanted to share could. I was so happy! The chicken was amazing! The Italian bread was the best I have ever tasted in 14 years of eating gluten free.

Wonderful place with delicious egg sandwiches on gluten free bagels Muffins come in many varieties and are so good and fresh. Awesome caring owner and staff. I go once a week to see their variety.

Amazing! Owner is friendly. Absolutely the BEST baguette I’ve ever had. Small selection of GF and dairy free options. We go here for breakfast sandwiches, cannot be beat and they even have vegan cheese. Small assortment of GF packages food for sale as well and some vegan cheeses.

Amazing! The bread here is some of the best I’ve had along with the desserts. It’s so nice to travel and find a place this welcoming.

Glad to have a complete gf place but the food is AWFUL. The bagels are nothing special, the subs and rice balls have a funny taste, and the muffin was subpar.

So grateful that this lovely cafe exists!! I cannot remember the last time I was able to order a meatball parm sandwich or a rice ball - both were beyond delicious! The sandwich came on wonderfully warm and crunchy gluten free bread. The staff is very caring, and you can tell they put a lot of love into serving this food to people with dietary restrictions. A great cafe for non-gluten free people as well - my friends loved this place too! Will definitely be back for more sandwiches and to try their huge selection of pastries.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The owner is knowledgeable and super kind. She has created the most delicious gluten free options available in the area. Some of my favorites include the egg breakfast sandwiches on gluten free bagels, their chicken parm on fresh Italian bread and their rice balls! I also really love their crumb cake. This is a completely gluten free environment, free of risk of cross contamination. Excellent location for a quick bite to eat there or take out.

I could not say more positive things about this place! Not only was the staff extremely nice and knowledgeable but the food was amazing! I got a gluten free/dairy free meatball parm sandwich and a coffee cake and they were unreal! I can’t wait to continue to come back and try more items. Having celiacs it’s so nice to have a new place to go where I don’t have to worry about getting sick!

We are OBSESSED with the eggplant parm served on warm crusty bread. Can be made vegan! My GF partner gets freaked out eating here because it’s too good to be true / tastes too much like “normal,” non-gluten-free food. Meanwhile I love the sandwiches, the pastries (some are vegan and some have egg and/or dairy so there’s something for everyone), and all the amazing products they carry. Current faves are the seed crackers and the balsamic fig cheese that is SO GOOD and safe for folks with lactose intolerance.

Oh. My. Goodness. I can’t remember the last time I had a sub on warm, crusty bread. The bread was spectacular and the combination of flavors on the sandwich were absolutely perfect. So very very worth the drive. The desserts were incredible as well!

Completely gluten free shop which makes everything easy. The owner could not be sweeter or more helpful. The coffee cake is to die for and I toasted the sourdough when I got home to have with pasta and it was delicious! Plenty of dairy free and vegan options.

The food was definitely Gluten Free. The quality was not what others claimed it to be. Price was ridiculous. A personal size pizza $15.99 and it lacked content. Chicken parm equal to a 1/2 of a typical sub was $18.99 No menu to order from. Not a place I plan to visit again. Sorry. I looked closer at the reviews more than one person only reviewed them not so sure these reviews were all legit.

We are truly sorry for your experience We just opened our doors in July. I’m not sure but we have a menu up on the wall. We may have run out of paper menus as we were so incredibly busy due to high traffic of summer tourists. These things do happen and we apologize. Our hottest seller is our chicken parm we use the highest quality of chicken and our bread is homemade. You can’t get any fresher than that. In order to provide a safe environment for people struggling with celiac disease we DO NOT offer anything with gluten in it. Our subs are 8” and are on a bread that is homemade with the finest ingredients. Hopefully you will give us a try again in the future

Great to have a gf place in the area. Delicious baked goods. Would be better if items in case were labeled (nothing was labeled) and have ingredients- people with gluten allergy/intolerance often have multiple allergies. Had to ask what everything was and what was in it. Also no prices listed.

The owner, Grace was delightful about helping me select from a variety of sweets. I brought the desserts back to my friends and they were all shocked that everything was GF. We loved the “twinky”, chocolate bunt cake, strawberry chocolate donut, and carrot cake. I will return each day of my vacation for more!

I live about an hour away SO worth the drive - the girls were all super nice! Ordered lunch and ate outside then went back in & ordered to go for dinner cause it was soo good!!! 🤤🤤 Enjoyed the sandwich and cupcakes 🧁 we got! Their bread is 🔥🔥🔥!!! I’ll definitely be back!

The cake pops and cupcakes are delicious!! There is a lovely seating area outside where you can eat your goodies. I came late in the day on a Sunday and the owner was extremely helpful and explained how usually there are more options earlier in the day and that I should definitely come in on a Saturday because that’s when she has the most options! Everything is gluten free and there are things you can take home and bake! I am super excited to come back!

So far I’ve been here a few times and tried the breakfast bagel sandwiches, donuts, cupcakes, Stromboli with pepperoni/ dairy free cheese, and the rice ball dinner. All have been delicious and fairly priced I would say. The owner is very friendly and loves her customers. I really do believe everything is 100% gluten free, definitely safe for people with gluten allergy and celiac disease. If you’re in Monmouth county I 100% recommend you stop in. My only wish would be that their hours of business be open earlier than 11 am or open more weekdays too.

Finally ate real food in two days on the road, the owner is very friendly and helpful, we are able to eat the Stromboli she heated up, it’s quite pricey (18 dollar per Stromboli) but I suppose showing some support is definitely needed since gf places is so few and far apart, if you have celiac, being able to eat a hot meal on the road is basically impossible especially on a Sunday. The gps will guide you to a parking lot but the store is located behind the fire house. Store is small but she has a lot of goods to offer. I did got an upset stomach after eating the Stromboli but I wasn’t sure if that is just my sensitive stomach since the whole store is dedicated gf.

The very friendly ladies who work here were so nice! 100% GG facility is comforting. I literally had, without a doubt, the best GF item I've ever had in the 15 months since diagnosis. It was their Oreo doughnut. It was absolutely delicious and worth every calorie.

I unfortunately did not go there in person but my boyfriend took a drive out there and bought a ton of food to bring home. It is all absolutely delicious. So far I’ve had the rice balls, donuts, and the cannolis. I have not had most of these things in several years. Everything was perfect and I can’t wait to dig into the rest.

We took an adventure down the shore and wow was it worth it. This fully gluten free facility served up hot cinnamon buns that were to die for. My husband stole the donuts. I love their baguette that tastes a lot like the good Italian bread from back in the day. Their cannoli shells were exceptional. I also bought a bunch of prepared meals that were lovely. Chicken parmesan, eggplant parmesan and excellent pizza. The staff/owner was incredibly helpful, the place was immaculate and a wall of keto and gluten free items were also available. She carefully distinguished between keto, vegan and vegetarian. The entire kitchen was gluten free. I'll be back!
