We are OBSESSED with the eggplant parm served on warm crusty bread. Can be made vegan! My GF partner gets freaked out eating here because it’s too good to be true / tastes too much like “normal,” non-gluten-free food. Meanwhile I love the sandwiches, the pastries (some are vegan and some have egg and/or dairy so there’s something for everyone), and all the amazing products they carry. Current faves are the seed crackers and the balsamic fig cheese that is SO GOOD and safe for folks with lactose intolerance.
