Review of Cafe Miranda

​ We went to this restaurant because it advertised as gluten-free. The menu choices were numerous with no theme or apparent order. My conversation with the waitress was this: Me: What are my gluten-free options? Her: Well, not many really. We make our own bread so the whole kitchen is cross-contaminated. Me: What about the tortilla chips? (The chips were marked in the menu as gluten-free.) Her: Oh! We cut the corn tortillas ourselves, but we put them in the regular fryer. We don’t have a separate fryer. Me: There is nothing here I can eat. So we left.
