Lorena and her team are extraordinarily well versed in GF alternative ingredients and cross contamination. As a sensitive Celiac, I eat here all the time and have never been sick. If you’re nervous, just ask for her and she’ll come out to talk to you about safe options. PS The macaroons are GF and to die for!

Their menu states they can make accommodations. I ordered bacon and eggs and asked the to clean the pan or grill first and it was no problem. They were very helpful and accommodating. I have celiac and I did not feel sick after eating there. However there is gluten in the restaurant so there’s always that risk.
