The restaurant took great measures to ensure the best possible experiences with gluten free! It not listed on the menu, but they have gluten free pastas and bread. They also have a very good gluten free cake!

Manager was excellent and went out of his way to explain what was gf and ensure it was safe. Large menu. I had a California grilled chicken sandwich on gluten free bread. Had dessert options but I was too full to try. Food was pretty good.

Had a clear understanding of gluten free, but we did have to ask about the gf pasta. Food was solid, but nothing special. Big portion size was great after a long travel day. Had a menu as long as the Cheesecake Factory.

When I said to the server that I have celiac disease, she immediately went to her manager who did research online to figure out what celiac disease is and worked with me to figure out what they could prepare that would be safe. The manager actually watched the preparation to ensure that there wasn't any cross-contamination and they used their spare kitchen. I had a delicious and safe meal that wasn't on the menu. I will go back.
