Review of Café Vian

When I said to the server that I have celiac disease, she immediately went to her manager who did research online to figure out what celiac disease is and worked with me to figure out what they could prepare that would be safe. The manager actually watched the preparation to ensure that there wasn't any cross-contamination and they used their spare kitchen. I had a delicious and safe meal that wasn't on the menu. I will go back.
