Zupas disappointed me we love eating there but it’s hard when I don’t know what is in there food

I have eaten here and never gotten sick, there is that risk because it is an open kitchen. But they are really good about switching their gloves and everything.
Always rude to people with allergies. I’ll gladly go somewhere else.
Had the bbq chicken salad, and was sick within an hour. I don’t know if the bbq has soy sauce or if there was cross contamination else where.
I have adored this place in the past the way not just this locations is Zuppa does not want nor cares for my business any longer. I do not like being treated this way I have celiac this is not a choice for me. I would discourage any friends or family to support this company any longer
They have food without gluten but can't guarantee there's no cross-contamination.
No
This is the rudest company I have ever come across when it comes to allergies. They refuse to tell you any items that do not contain wheat as an ingredient because they claim they are worried about cross contamination. I couldn't even get an answer on any salad dressing that did not contain gluten.
Their menu changed and there really isn't much left. Even the chocolate strawberries don't taste as good as they used to.
No
I couldn't eat anything there since they could not tell me whether anything was gluten free. no gluten free bread. Wife said soup was very average.
No
Staff could not tell me any ingredients of the menu items and said they could not guarantee my SALAD would be ok. You have to BEG them to leave the stupid roll off your plate, they keep pushing it on you like you're crazy. "No, I don't want a roll. No, I won't change my mind. I mean it. Take the d*mn roll off my tray".
No
They don't change their gloves, can't guarantee anything is gluten free and cross contamination is almost certain.
No
Taste is good but soup options are limited and there are no sandwich options for gluten free. So...chili or a salad
Options are very limited. Staff didn't know which things were gluten free. It's an open kitchen so cross contamination does occur.
No
Sucks. Staff knows nothing, cross contamination means it's not celiac safe
It is not good because they cross contaminate.
No
Awful service. Staff didn't know anything and said everything had gluten in it. Don't recommend Provo location
No
I went to the Provo location, the staff was really rude and didn't listen to requests for gluten free...then they were upset with me when they got my order wrong. they seemed really put out by special requests.
No
Really good food! Delicious soups especially.
Yes
It was great
Yes
The employees are willing to change their gloves. It is an open kitchen, so there is the possibility of cross-contact. They have many options available to all sorts of dietary restrictions. Any sandwiches can be made on a bed of chopped greens, they are willing to tell you what is in the dressings on the salads and in the spreads on the sandwiches, they have four soups, plus a seasonal, that are gluten free (chicken noodle with no egg noodles). They are super chill about telling you what's in anything.

I did get practically yelled at once here by an overzealous manager who seemed eager to point out they have bread there and can’t guarantee there will be no cross contamination. However on subsequent visits, the staff was friendly. I feel it is generally ok because the salad bar is separate from the soup and bread section, but of course there is a risk of cross contamination . I usually just get a protein and quinoa bowl, if I go here. I don’t go too often.

Fast casual salad/bowls/sando spot with food assembly line service. Familiar concept but good for a quick and healthy meal. Service was friendly. Bowls and salads were safe for most part. Maybe even some soups (didn’t ask). Sandwiches off limits I think (didn’t ask about breads).

The staff member who helped me instantly knew which items were gluten free. She was super helpful. They had 5 or 6 gf soups and a bunch of salad and protein bowl options. My protein bowl was made in the to-go container so everything was separate. I will be back.

I’ve been here twice and had good luck. The same person has taken my order and been friendly and accommodating. The staff that prepare my order each changed gloves and made sure no bread was put on my tray. Food is very fresh and delicious. Today I got the southwest bowl and southwest chicken chili.
