Food was good, but made me so sick. I only ate the chicken and did not eat the gluten free pasta.

Had lunch with friends and it was a great experience. I advised I was GF and was told they could make any dish with GF pasta except lasagna, which was made in advance. When bread was brought to the table, a plate of gf crackers was brought for me. I had chicken breast with sun dried tomatoes and the waiter alerted me the Gorgonzola cheese was risky and it could be made with goat cheese. Later the manager checked in with us as and I expressed I appreciated the careful attention for GF. She advised they cater for all allergies including night shade, lactose intolerant and various spices. I asked if they could put that on the website. The food was really good, service was equally as good, and we enjoyed an excellent cocktail. We will return.

I love Cafe Molise. I go here several times a year and I’ve never been glutened. I always order the polenta with sausage and the shrimp Diavola pasta gf.

I love caffe Molise! It is our go to restaurant for special occasions. They can make most of their entrees and pasta dishes gluten free and have a few dessert options too! The ambiance is perfect and the food is to die for!

Absolutely horrible experience. Definitely was glutened. Had a headache within two hours and full body sheer exhaustion on waking the next day, as well as GI response. Waiter was indifferent about my needs, borderline rude.. And honestly, I've had much better food at restraunts with a much lower cost, where the staff truly cares about your needs for food issues. Beyond that they reported me to open table as not having shown up for my reservation. Maybe just a rare mistake, but after a horrible experience it just made things worse.

The manager came out to make sure I had a great experience at the restaurant. Waitress was very attentive and double checked on the gluten free friendliness items without me having to ask her! They have a gluten free pasta and can make most dishes gluten free. I would highly recommend for date night.

Had a great meal (chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, & artichoke hearts on top of marshes potatoes. I had no issues with it so went back the next day to have the same thing for lunch, only this time I got the GF pasta instead of the mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, there was a bit of cross contamination with the pasta, so if you go, stick with the mashed potatoes instead of pasta.

THEY ARE NOW LOCATED ON WEST TEMPLE. I ate here about 6 months ago and had the Arista (pork tenderloid with fig compote). Staff was knowledgeable and the food was fantastic. I did not have the pasta others reviewed.

My wife is the celiac so we take the gluten thing very seriously. The staff knew about celiac and most things could be prepared gluten free. I am not celiac so I ordered the normal pasta and it is really good. Like I would give them a 4 or 5 stars for that but this is a celiac review and their gluten free pasta is horrendous. I've lived in Italy and I love to cook and all I make now is gluten free pasta so I know there are good options out there because I cook with them. My wife's gluten free spaghetti was chopped up to about 1 inch pieces and you could see it had been in the water way too long. It is really sad that an otherwise really good restaurant can't figure out how to cook gluten free pasta. I would love to go in and help them understand how to pick the right pasta and cook it properly because this has become a celiac friendly restaurant that we just can't eat at because they are using the wrong pasta.

Wow. One of the best plates of spaghetti I’ve had. My wife and daughter loved their dishes as well. I’ll be coming back for sure. I’m writing this as I sit in the restaurant so we’ll see how I feel later but for now, mmmm-mmm.
Fantastic pasta dish! I have Celiac and am very sensitive. My meal was fantastic and I would definitely eat there again!

Wonderful food and the service was awesome. I did not get sick and I am pretty sensitive. Staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination.
Fantastic! The only GF pasta they offer is penne, but he dish was so good I sent the server back to verify that it was indeed GF. I'm writing the review he next day and I'm happy to report that I had no problems. I'll definitely come back again.

The waitstaff was well informed about GF needs. Had the spaghetti pomodero with shrimp- it was excellent. Nice outdoor seating and the prices were reasonable. Visited here during a conference in SLC.

They do not have a dedicated gluten free menu. They just have gluten free pasta. My meal was good.

Excellent!!! Cannot say enough about how delicious this meal was. Had chicken Marsala with gluten free pasta. I will be returning. Located near convention center
There may not be an Italian man yelling at you and slapping you with a bread stick to order something quickly, but I promise you you'll think you're in Italy. This food is finger-licking good, and I don't mean in the buffalo wings way, I mean in the classy, wipe the side of your mouth with a napkin way. They know gluten free like a politician knows how to fake smile.
