Their food was fantastic and they followed proper procedures to ensure there was no cross contamination. I highly recommend eating at the restaurant.

The owner took care of us. I didn't need to explain Celiac, he knew. When he came back to ask about our meal, I said thank you for offering GF and for trying your best to cook/prep the food separate for ppl with Celiac. He said "I don't try to, I do." Huge points for that. I knew he "got it." Food was excellent. I got the gf ravioli with Alfredo sauce and the sauce wasn't too heavy or overwhelming, it was just right. Soup was gf too, potato and very good. The owner also said that many other items can be made gf as well. He was wonderful and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

I had a terrific meal here! As other reviewers noted, the chicken parm was terrific! It was breaded in GF bread crumbs and the portion was double what I make at home. The sauce was excellent. They list GF options on the back of the regular menu and while there are not a huge number to choose from (maybe a half dozen or so), they certainly met my expectations. The staff is very aware of the contamination concern and they advised me that everything is prepared separately. This is a very much of a local spot which gets many repeat customers. My husband enjoyed his non-GF choice, too. I had no negative reactions at all. I will definitely return when I am in the area!

Omg! The Chicken Parm! What a treat! Delicious! And all of the soups are gluten free because for tue non celiacs, they just add the pasta right before serving. So for celiacs, same soup minus the pasta! I had tue lentil sausage soup! Delicious! And the staff was so friendly. The owner came to check on me and see how everything was! Top notch!

The food is amazing. I got the gf pizza. I was delicious. They have a gluten free menu, a bit short but plenty of delicious options. The service is absolutely amazing, our waitress was so nice and understanding about cross contamination. There is also one gluten free desert and it is delicious. This is an absolute must go if youre a celiac in the area.

The food is delicious—Amazing eggplant parm and ravioli! However, the last time I was there, the service was so bad, it ruined my experience. The server kept talking over us when we would ask questions, making snide remarks like “I’m getting to it, I can only do one thing at a time” when we were being given our drinks and my husband innocently asked if we could have straws. She was so rude, I thought someone must’ve been pranking us. I don’t enjoy being made to feel like I’m inconveniencing someone by going out to eat on my birthday. It really ruined my night

Calbria is one of my favorite places to go. It’s one one of the few safe places I can eat out locally. I have been eating here for 10+ years and they are always amazing. They take precautions for cross contamination seriously. I have never gotten sick from eating here. The food is delicious. Chicken parm is my go to meal. The ravioli are great too. Their soups are all made gluten free and they add the pasta in after for those eating gluten. Very smart! I cannot say enough good about it. A definite must if you are looking for a good place to eat in the area and want to be confident that it is celiac safe.

Fine dining and top notch pizzaria at this location! Big menu inclusive of all palates, excellent service, and high quality ingredients make this an amazing experience for any foodie. Me and my husband could not get enough of their food! We had the butter and garlic wings, house salad, pasta fagioli soup, chicken parmesan, and gluten free fried chicken cutlets with gluten free spinach ravioli. Absolutely everything was so fresh, made from scratch, with perfect flavors and textures. My husband said their wings were the best he has ever had, and they looked like it! My gluten free options were to die for, the soup was easily the best I have ever had which caught me off guard and the salads were fresh and made with homemade dressings that were vibrant and exploding with flavor. Both of our main dishes were too good to be true and came out hot and presented perfectly. The service here is very good and I cannot wait to go back!

While out and about on a date day an hour from we were both super hungry looking for a good place to eat <a near impossible feat with my gluten allergy>. Well I can say that this place hit every note. he has an amazing not gluten free meal, I had an even better gluten free trio meal <which is not even on their regular menu>. I had eggplant, shrimp and chicken parmesan with gluten free cheese ravioli <I could have had spinach ravioli or pasta also>.
The woman who waited on us was so kind to explain how careful they are. also talked about other gluten free options that they had.
we will most definitely make this a date day place!!!
oh... he had gnocchi with white sauce and a side sausage and "amazing" bread as he put it. He was truly impressed with his gluten ;)

Amazing food and service! I have eaten here many times now and have never gotten sick. Everything is marked properly on menu as gluten free. Wide selection of gluten free and vegetarian options. Also have non vegetarian dishes and non gluten free selections to please everyone. You would never know pasta is gluten free- so yummy! There are gluten free delicious dessert options too. I highly recommend to try- you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful little place! I had the gluten-free stuffed shells and the creamy potato soup. Didn't get sick.
Yes
I’ve had a lot of the gf dishes here and have never gotten sick. The pizza is good but the chicken parm and stuffed shells are amazing and usually what I order. The ravioli in the vodka sauce is also great.
Yes
Ate here while traveling. Yummy chicken Parmesan, spinach ravioli, soup and a peanut butter explosion dessert all gluten free. Fantastic. Am celiac and had no troubles. Definitely keeping this on my safe list.
So many great reviews. Unfortunately, I was sick after eating the gluten free pizza. Those with celiac beware.
No
I had French onion soup, veal dish and I took home a pizza. It was delicious and I did not get sick. My husband who is not celiac also enjoyed his food.

Sooo good! The best gluten free Italian food I have ever eaten! It was absolutely amazing!! I had chicken parmigiana with ravioli and chicken soup. It tasted so good that I thought I was eating gluten! But I wasn’t eating gluten because I didn’t get sick! I highly, highly recommended eating here no matter the drive. I’m even going back this week!

Wow what a find! The owner was amazing has been trained in food allergy cooking and will talk to you forever about options he can make for you on the menu. We had the chicken Parmesan and the veal Parmesan that was fried and it was delicious. First time we have been able to have that in a restaurant! You won’t be disappointed
Staff was so kind and helpful to my 12 year old. She had the gf pizza and asked if they could make it margarita style which they did. Crust was soft and chewy not hard like most other gf pizza we have had. Also the cheesecake was very good

This restaurant is by far the best gluten free restaurant I have ever been to. They can make almost everything gluten free and it is delicious!

The gluten free food here was wonderful! So many entree options, including hard to find chicken parm, ravioli, and stuffed shells! They offered perfectly cooked pasta and wonderful dessert options! So good and the staff was very knowledgeable.

Amazing. I haven’t had chicken parm this good in probably 10 years. So good I was a little apprehensive. I opted for the cheese ravioli side option, also great. I’ll bet there was 3/4 of a pound of chicken if not more. Not “cheap” but an excellent value. Easily two decent meals worth of chicken. Closer to four “responsible” portions.
Delicious veal parm and ravioli. Owner and wait staff well versed on celiac.
Yes
Gluten-free pizza is good. They also have other gf items in the back of the menu.
Yes it was celiac safe but the food was only meh. It was by no means bad but it certainly wasn’t great
