I don’t know why celiacs with sensitivity are ok eating here at all. The manager readily admitted to me that they take no precautions to prevent cross contamination. IF you request that the buns NOT be toasted, they will NOT put them through the shared toaster, otherwise they do. The “dedicated” fryer is directly adjacent to the contaminated one, so splashing can definitely occur. And they even said crumbs and shared prep utensils are everywhere. They put aluminum foil on the grill to cook a celiac burger, but do not use separate prep areas consistently. They were not busy when I went either. It was 3pm on a Monday. Be warned that if it is important to you to not get sick on vacation, I wouldn’t chance this.
