Not sure what the previous negative reviews are complaining about - in my experience so far, having multiple options that are prepared separately from the rest of the food is a rarity, especially in pizza restaurants. Yeah, 4 or 5 options isn't ideal, but being able to easily order and know that your food will be safe is fantastic. The waiter was also very knowledgeable, and explained that they wash all of the gluten-free-area containers separately, and everyone changes gloves/washes hands, etc. when they enter the gluten free area. This is one of the best processes I've seen in a chain restaurant. Plus, the food was awesome. I shared the waldorf chicken salad (labeled gluten-free on the menu, but not one of the GiG certified items) and the gluten free margherita pizza, and both were delicious. Definitely the best gluten free pizza I've had since my celiac diagnosis a few months ago. The only reason I might dock a star would be the price (just a pricier restaurant in general), but I think they deserve higher than a 3-star overall rating, so I'm giving it 5. I am always impressed with and appreciative of restaurants that go out of their way to make things safe, especially when the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about it, too.
