UPDATE 2023;
We used to go to CPK all the time. But they removed their great GF pizza crust and replaced it with a cauliflower crust. It’s just not as good. Just because we are GF does not mean we are vegan, paleo, etc., etc. We like carbs and cheese and taste. Unfortunate.
My husband loves this place. He says it's the best GF pizza around. And- they take the gluten issue VERY seriously. We've eaten here probably 100 times now (seriously) and my husband has never gotten sick.

Very Celiac-Conscious! Highly recommend. That said: Be wise and announce your Celiac status to the waitstaff. The have a separate kitchen area for prep; pizzas made in separate dishes when prepared. Our waitress & 2 other mgrs. stopped by to acknowledge our concerns and assure us of their care. Also, while not marked, the manager himself brought out our G-Free items out himself, and separately. On taste - the BBQ Chicken pizzas were SUPERB! The cauliflower crust IS NOT your Grandma’s G-Free mix… it tasted great!

I told them I have celiac. Excellent, attentive staff. Separate area for gluten free items. No risk of cross contamination. Manager brought gluten free pizza separate from other pizzas ordered. Staff was very knowledgeable!

They have a “gluten free menu” and then a Gluten Free Menu, where all the ingredients are handled in a way to prevent cross contamination. When I told the server I was celiac, they brought out the manager to discuss safe options for me.
I had never been here before, it was a lot nicer than I thought it would be. I thought it would be more like a pizza hut? It was very nice, a little on the pricey side, though.

Excellent gluten-free protocols and certified by GIG. The crust is very good although very thin, like a flatbread. It's made with cauliflower but don't let that deter you - I personally love cauliflower but thought it didn't taste like cauliflower at all.

Pretty good for a cheap pizza place. It’s always a good last option.

Gluten free pizza is great and celiac safe! However, very limited gluten free options other than pizza.
excellent gf pizzas and all the staff is savvy on the items marked gf on menu have no gluten ingredients but for fully certified gluten free order off the gf menu. I always worry when there is flour in the air from pizza doughs or bakery items but gf pizzas are wrapped and are fully gf!
Made a great effort to help out when I said I needed gluten free. Manager even brought out my pizza for me. Very friendly, helpful and (certified) gluten free pizza was really good!

Eaten here 2x and have not gotten sick. The crust does taste gluten free (find me a gluten free crust that doesn't taste gluten free), but it's what's on top of the crust that is the real deal.

Impressed that you could ask for their certified GF pizzas on the kids menu. Our coeliac daughter was very happy with her cheese pizza which came out with a GF flag by a differed server with gloves on. No ill effects. It has been very hard finding safe and appealing choices for her on our travels in America so definitely a happy customer.

It’s always a risk at pizza places that aren’t dedicated GF, but we felt assured that the staff takes good precautions to avoid cross contamination here. And the pizza was very tasty.
