They reviewed with me their procedures for making gluten free pizza and I felt confident. Separate prep area, separate pans and ingredients. Take out came with a “gluten free” tape closure. Daughter is asymptomatic, so we have to go on their word.

I called to place a to go order and explained I was celiac and immediately was put through to the manager. Their manager was so thorough with my order, asking lots of clarification questions which made me feel super safe eating there. Their gluten free pizza is delicious as well as their Cobb salad, which is also gluten free. I recommend!!!

Eaten here 2x and have not gotten sick. The crust does taste gluten free (find me a gluten free crust that doesn't taste gluten free), but it's what's on top of the crust that is the real deal.

Impressed that you could ask for their certified GF pizzas on the kids menu. Our coeliac daughter was very happy with her cheese pizza which came out with a GF flag by a differed server with gloves on. No ill effects. It has been very hard finding safe and appealing choices for her on our travels in America so definitely a happy customer.

It’s always a risk at pizza places that aren’t dedicated GF, but we felt assured that the staff takes good precautions to avoid cross contamination here. And the pizza was very tasty.
