Review of Callao Cafe and Market

A clean, friendly, small café that specializes in coffee and crepes. The good news is that they have a lot of GF options like the other reviewer says. They don't have a menu that says "This is our gluten free stuff," but just about everything they have can be made gluten free. I like the Udi's. It makes a nice sandwich. Their soups are GF; they have chicken noodle, but they don't put the noodles in it until they serve it, so they have GF chicken soup and another vegetable one. The owner said as they add more soups this fall, he'll be trying to keep them as gluten free as possible. The bad news is that they don't have gluten-free crepes, but all of the crepes can be made on the Udi's. The dessert selection was nice.
