I have mixed feelings about my experience here. Our server was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and my concern for cross-contamination. A different server brought our food to the table and contradicted what our server said. I had to clarify with the kitchen. The food was very good, however, and had no issues afterward.

Upscale restaurant with delicious food. Sometimes I think the chef tries to push boundaries a bit far, e.g. a spanish totilla (potato and egg dish) was overwrought and more of an omelette. Still good, but not what we thought we were ordering. Owner has celiac family members so they are very conscientious about having a good selection of GF options and ability to modify dishes to accommodate and seem careful about cross-contamination.

Canon has almost an entirely gluten free menu. They really care about food allergies and your experience overall so don’t be afraid to speak up! They label everything that is gf and I guarantee you’ll find something that suits your dinner or brunch needs!

Have eaten here twice enjoyed the food and had no ill effects. The menu has many GF options and the waiter I had both times was excellent. She even saved me from accidentally ordering a non-GF dish.

Love this place it’s seasonal menu always has options! Menu is focused on sharing and clearly labels what is gluten free, just tell the server or the host upon making the reservation and all members of staff are actually really knowledgeable about the food! it’s so frickin delicious!

I’ve eaten here a handful of times and each time I have thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The menu has the most GF options I have seen on a menu. I’ve never had issues with cross contamination. Kitchen and serving staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable. They even have a few dessert options. A huge bonus!! Definitely recommend.

Best meal I’ve had in Sacramento! Very celiac friendly. Several GF dessert options too.

really good food. GF clearly marked on the menu. half the menu is GF and minimal gluten in the kitchen. only thing I saw as a cheese and bread plate. Did not get sick and I'm very sensitive.
