Food I had was really good. Menu is marked as to what is GF, though options are limited. Our server was confused with our questions (ie is there a dedicated fryer for French fries) but he was brand new and other staff members were more aware/knowledgeable to answer questions and ensure our meal was safe. (No was answer to separate fryer)

Food is misrepresented as GF, but there is not a dedicated GF fryer. Staff is not knowledgeable about what could cause cross contamination.

Had the taco trio with yuca fries and a side salad. Very good! Menu clearly marked. I had no issues.

They didn’t have GF buns or beer. Sandwiches were only GF if you ordered them without a bun. Salads and tacos were the only real GF dinner options.

GF items marked on the menu. Got the seared ahi tuna over mixed greens. Good portion and very tasty. No issue. Want to try the wings next time.

I am celiac and react to any gluten. I had the Cobb salad without the meat. It was tasty and I didn’t get sick!

Clearly marked GF menu items. Enjoyed the taco trio with yuca fries.
Clearly marked GF options right in the menu. I had the taco trio and it was absolutely delicious! They have yucca fries instead of French fries as a GF option and those were amazing!

They were so kind and helpful. Went here twice and had fish tacos and then nachos both adjusted to be gfree.

Capitol City Brewing does have a dedicated gluten-free menu if you ask for it. I was surprised that their burgers (minus the bun) were not included on the menu. I had the BBQ shrimp salad which was a little on the small side and came with no dressing. I also ordered the fruit cup and was pretty disappointed with the amount of fruit you get for almost $5. They only had one cider on tap, so the main drink choices were wine and mixed drinks. All in all, it was just ok. They were certainly accommodating but I probably wouldn't go back a second time. As a side note, my husband (who can eat all the gluten he wants) loved this restaurant so it could be a decent choice for larger groups with mixed dietary needs.
misrepresented as celiac friendly. horrible servive except for bartender. husband loved chilli which isn't gluten free.

Food and service are great. However I am pretty positive I had can odd contamination. Likely from the fryer. J got sick really quickly. So glad traffic was good on my way home from Shirlington to Maryland
Includes a gluten free menu that has a wide variety

Food is just not very good. It's always freezing inside and the service us really slow.
Gluten free menu available but needs updating. I ordered BBQ shrimp dinner and receive BBQ shrimp salad. Waitress said that was no longer on the regular menu. She did bring me veggies and rice as side dishes to make up for it. Shrimp was delicious!
They have always taken great care of me and I have never gotten sick - even during busy hours. They take pride in respecting allergies and dealing with them seriously. They have a gluten free menu that's not extensive, but it's decent and have been willing to clean the grill before cooking my food.
I stay in the area several times a year and it's great to have a reliable, safe, late night place to eat.
The waitress said they had a dedicated fryer just to learn from the manager that this was not true. The manager then said to stay with sauté stuff and that they waitress (the same one that was not knowledgable) would tell the chefs. He did not seem happy to help. I lost faith that there would not be cross-contamination and left.

Very good.

Not off of New York, corner of 11 and H Good food - GF beer would be nice, but mojitos were great
Food on GF was fine. But no GF beer choices, despite being a brewery.
I haven't had any side effects from eating here but not all servers are knowledgeable.
