Review of Capitol Pancake House

I ate the western omelette and told the waitress I was gluten free. She made sure to keep my meal separate to avoid any cross contamination. The service was excellent and they could make almost everything on the menu gluten free. One of my favorite breakfast places in Williamsburg.
