Review of Capitol Pancake House

Edit: The next 2 times I went, the pancakes were soft and fluffy! They must have been slightly over cooked the first time. So good and loaded with chocolate chips! Bacon is good too. They also said the sausage and the breakfast potatoes are GF. Very happy!

I was very happy to get my favorite breakfast - chocolate chip pancakes! The texture of the pancakes was a bit tough for me but the chocolate chips helped. I enjoyed it. Was told that breakfast meats on the menu are also GF.
