The owner does not use flour in his kitchen (I was told this directly) and said he handles allergies in the restaurant all the time. He cleans his equipment before hand to avoid cross contamination. I was nervous to eat my meal since my Caesar salad came out with croutons (I obviously didn’t eat that) but I actually did not get sick from my dinner. I would say to anyone wishing to go here, just be clear about what you need and do not be afraid to ask questions! Staff was kind and willing to work with me, the food was alright.

All but the fried fish taco at El Capitans Taco Shack are gluten free. There is outdoor seating or take out. Not open Sunday or Monday.
