Review of Carmen Y Juan's

Being sensitive I usually go to places with a lot of ratings. Was in a pinch between kids soccer games and decided to take a chance. The waitress was very unsure but grabbed the owner. I couldn’t tell if the owner was trying to convince me or himself, but assured me of their GF items and no cross contamination. He also said the fryer is dedicated to only corn items. The tacos were delicious (skipped the chips not feeling entirely comfortable). I had 0 side effects. Food was authentic, would like to try other items on their menu.
