Review of Carmen's Lunch Bar

Had the absolute best experience R Carmen’s. Staff were very knowledgeable and menu had lots of options for GF. I had the soup of the day which was so yummy. Was able to relax and enjoy my meal. Location is small with mostly bar seating and a few tables outside. However the outside seating was perfect for people watching.
