Review of Carmen's Lunch Bar

The waitress forgot to bring my husband’s chowder. Then didn’t bring his plate until way after all our others. She brought my plate but after I had eaten 1/3 of it I asked about it because it didn’t seem like the right thing. It turned out it was the wrong order. Fortunately for me it was gluten free also. Then when she brought our ticket she charged me for both dinners. She was very apologetic and comped us the chowder. There were only 14 people in the restaurant so it wasn’t as if they were busy. The food was very good.
