Arepas are always good, and I really enjoyed these. The only thing on their menu that contains gluten is the tequenos, but those are prepared separately from everything else. They showed me the ingredients list for the fillings and strangely the chicken contains caramel coloring? Other than that, the arepas were good and felt safe + didn’t get sick.

I have been to Carolicious nearly a dozen times because their food is delicious, safe, and reasonably priced. I have tried various arepas and bowls, all of which have been delicious. Their green sauce and hot sauce are a must.

I felt very safe eating here, even as a person with Celiac Disease. I was told they would change gloves when making my order. The arepas were tasty - so good! Parking isn't easy to find and it was noisy inside Aeronaut Brewery, but we were able to eat outside as it was a pleasant evening. Very busy both inside and out! Well worth it, however, to eat where it is safe and they understand gluten-free! Easily recommend eating here.

Nothing short of phenomenal. My favorite is the chicken and cheese. The basil sauce they drizzle on top is too good for words. Go experience for yourself.

This is my go-to place now! The food is great and reasonably priced. I’ve eaten at the Everett and Somerville locations several times and have never gotten sick. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough!!! Amazing food and nearly 100 percent GF (the tequeños contain gluten, as noted on the menu). Have ordered from here more than 10x and never gotten sick. Highly recommend ordering extra basil sauce.

The arepas were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the meats and veggies were flavorful, and everything on the menu is gluten free, so I didn't have to worry about a mixup with my order. We trekked out of our way to this spot while on vacation, and I'm so glad we did! The staff were wonderful too - super kind, and they made smaller arepas for my kids, who also loved the food! I wish this restaurant was in our home town!

The food here is delicious and all of the arepas are GF so there's minimal worry of cross contamination. Only downsides are that they don't offer delivery (though they do have online ordering for pickup) and that it's located in Aeronaut Brewery which unfortunately doesn't offer GF beverages.

The best!! The only bummer is that they’re in Aeronaut, so you can’t really enjoy a gluten-free bev while eating your arepas. If you go to Bow Market on Sundays, they’re there serving arepas and you have a better GF drink selection. The arepas themselves though are unbelievable and (in my opinion) reasonably priced for how filling they are.

I am a celiac and decided to venture over to try out Their arepas. OMG they are SO good!! It’s quite a treat to feel so safe ordering food, and then to have it so tasty was a wonderful treat.

The food is FANTASTIC. Everything is gluten free save for the tequenos and the (separately packaged) desserts they source from elsewhere! I had the catira and capresa arepas and both were so tasty. Just a note to make sure you reference their online ordering platform for their menu - the one listed on their website is not fully up-to-date (they unfortunately no longer sell the sweet arepas).

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. 100% gluten free menu aside from the Tequeños, which are the only fried item on the menu and are thus made completely separately from all other food. Felt safe eating, and the food gets a 10/10 for DELICIOUS authentic taste.

Everything is GF but tequeños (which they fried in a separated fryer) One of the big sellers are “arepas” which are made with pre cooked white corn meal. I had a “Bowl pabellon vegan” (black beans, plantains and pico de Gallo)and I added a plain arepa to my order. It was very good!

Our family is still getting our bearings in the world of eating gluten-free and it was a relief to find a delicious, dedicated gluten-free restaurant everyone in our family liked. We had a variety of arepas and all were delicious. We called before ordering and confirmed that the whole restaurant is gluten free.

We got takeout using their online ordering, but I noticed a delightful outdoor seating space (shared with Aeronaut brewery and another restaurant, perhaps) when I went to pick up the food.
