The staff was nice and friendly. They took my allergy seriously. The have a button on their ordering system that automatically makes your whole order gluten free.

Never an issue here. Love that they have a different shape of pasta for their gluten free option so I never wonder if they served me gluten pasta by mistake. Wait staff seems very knowledgeable.

Now - let me start with going to an Italian restaurant with celiac isn’t exactly my first choice. But one night a few months back I was so desperate for something warm I didn’t cook and I took the chance here. I did not get sick. I was stunned. The take out was good. The salad was good. Well I decided to try it again. Second time same thing except even better. Eat in ! The food was so hot ! So much of it! SO delicious!!! I mean SO delicious !! As I sat there super full I wondered uh oh did I get sick ? I let it settle and I was wishing I hadn’t had her take the plate!! NO sickness at all! I had the ministroni soup and Alfredo with peas and chicken. I can’t even tell you how good it was ! I highly recommend ! Thank you Carrabas !! Well freaking done ! I can’t wait to go back !

Nice selection of gluten free items listed on regular menu. Our server was very knowledgeble about food allergies and assured us of the precautions used to prevent cross contamination. Had the Chicken Bryan with sides of Cesar salad and broccoli. Great tasting food, great service and no problems afterwards.

GF options are indicated on their regular menu. Lots of choices! I had the shrimp and scallop linguine in vodka sauce (without the shrimp, since I am allergic). It was not actually served with linguine noodles; they use Casarecce pasta instead. Regardless, the vodka sauce was excellent and I enjoyed the dish. The pasta was served on a different-colored dish to distinguish it from non-GF food. Would definitely eat here again.

Great GF menu. Tell them you have a gluten allergy.

I've eaten here many times and feel safe enough.
I always ask for Shavon as our server. Shavon is one of the best servers anywhere! She's worked at this Carrabbas since it opened maybe 14 years ago. She is very familiar with celiac disease and is on top of it for taking care of the customer. For example, when she rings in my food, she puts the "gluten free" note like 6 times! She will also bring us our soups herself as another precaution.
Recently they changed their type of gluten-free pasta here and it's a bowtie pasta that cooks much better than the previous pasta.
A side of alfredo sauce doesn't cost extra. I sometimes ask for this for my broccoli.

Just ate here a few days ago. Very disappointed. When my plate arrived there was hardly any pasta on the plate. Maybe a quarter cup? Not cool when the entree is $24.99 for chicken. I should have said something but we waited so long for our food I didn’t want to hold up the rest of my party. They also changed the gf pasta to bowties. The other gf pasta was much better in my opinion. In addition, we watched the cook wash off the grill with pasta water. Ugh! Not sure I want to go back.

Carrabbas was one of my favorite places to eat before my celiac diagnosis. I was so excited to find out that many items on their menu are labeled gluten free. Even my favorite menu items! They did sub in gluten free pasta with their Alfredo for me and the pasta was over cooked and pasta sauce was incredibly bland BUT honestly I have never gone there for their pasta. I lean towards their steak and chicken dishes.

In spite of the menu clearly indicating GF dishes and the hostess and server apparently understanding the issue , I became quite ill after having the triple chicken dish with a salad and a side of asparagus.
