Ordered the Chicken Bryan, very clearly explaining my needs to the waitress and item was marked GF on the menu. Took one bite and realized there was a rogue mushroom with sauce (maybe Marsala?) in the middle of the plate. Informed the waitress. She said it probably fell off another plate and they could remake it. Made me ask for a manager, because there is no way they took any precautions with my plate the first time and I had questions about their kitchen processes. Manager said all sauces are gluten free and all right next to each other in the kitchen, so it happens! Confidence in safely eating now down to a zero. Boxed it up and my husband will eat it tomorrow.

Tried the gf pasta and in the middle of my meal I spotted a regular spaghetti noodle in my bowl of gf pasta. After digging, I found a few more. Can’t believe so careless. Hoping I don’t get sick.

Great service. All our food was carefully and deliciously prepared. My kids and I are celiac and we didn't have problems.
Yes
They give you a second meal - they forgot to do the gf version the second time.
good food, good staff knowledge. wish there were more\better options

Oh my! They now carry gluten free pasta and their whole menu now indicates gf items! They have a lot to choose from! I'd recommend Pasta Weesie with gf pasta or the chicken soup without the pasta in it!
Excellent GF entrees. The Chicken Brian is phenomenal! Never been disappointed here but prices are high so take a fat wallet!
love this place! they are always willing to modify a dish.
My husband and I enjoy eating at Carrabba’s and have found it to be a safe place for me. I order steak (cooked on its own pan) with butter, salt and pepper, bowl of Mama Mandola’s Scilian Chicken Soup (no pasta) and their signature salad with no croutons, extra cheese and olives, yum! * It’s important to note: the pasta is added to the soup when they “plate” the dish and not cooked in the pot which makes it gluten free! * Additionally, I’m incredibly sensitive to cross contact so I always ask for my salad to be made with fresh ingredients not “on the line”. They have always been so great and supportive! *allergens: gluten, mushrooms, honey, coconut and all nuts.

No longer safe, sadly. The noodles have changed and I ended up very very sick; usually I have no problems after eating here.

The staff was nice and friendly. They took my allergy seriously. The have a button on their ordering system that automatically makes your whole order gluten free.

I've eaten here many times and feel safe enough.
I always ask for Shavon as our server. Shavon is one of the best servers anywhere! She's worked at this Carrabbas since it opened maybe 14 years ago. She is very familiar with celiac disease and is on top of it for taking care of the customer. For example, when she rings in my food, she puts the "gluten free" note like 6 times! She will also bring us our soups herself as another precaution.
Recently they changed their type of gluten-free pasta here and it's a bowtie pasta that cooks much better than the previous pasta.
A side of alfredo sauce doesn't cost extra. I sometimes ask for this for my broccoli.

Just ate here a few days ago. Very disappointed. When my plate arrived there was hardly any pasta on the plate. Maybe a quarter cup? Not cool when the entree is $24.99 for chicken. I should have said something but we waited so long for our food I didn’t want to hold up the rest of my party. They also changed the gf pasta to bowties. The other gf pasta was much better in my opinion. In addition, we watched the cook wash off the grill with pasta water. Ugh! Not sure I want to go back.
