My family went for Mother’s Day and 3 people in our party have celiac. Gluten free items are marked on the menu. Server was knowledgeable if we had questions. All we said was we had a severe gluten allergy and to please make a note of it. We ordered Pollo Rosa Maria, Jonny rocca, and pork chop with mashed potatoes and broccoli. We also got a Caesar salad no croutons and house salad. No one got sick!! Will definitely be returning!

Found a long gluten noodle mixed in with my gf pasta after I ate half. Not safe for celiac.

The staff seems knowledgeable about gluten allergies. Very helpful.
I’ve never had a problem with cross contamination at this location. Always mention that it is for a legitimate allergy.
Yes
Terrible experience despite gluten-free menu. Waitress joked about it as if it were no big deal. I was barely out the door when I realized that my meal had been cross contaminated. Manager offered me a free meal, but I requested that she retrain her staff. Will never go back.
This is a crutch in my GF diet! Cannot go wrong with Carrabbas!! We go here about once a week. Try their Chicken Bryan. Amazing!!
Sways fresh, delicious, and hot. Kudos to the manager. Even takeout is great! Never had a problem.
Very good gluten free pasta dishes
I typically give the benefit of the doubt but three chances are too much. I've eaten at 3 carrabbas in three different states and each messed up our order. 1st time they forgot a gf entree and put croutons only wife's gf salad. You can't just share when they forget the one thing you can eat. 2nd time croutons on salad and put shrimp instead of chicken in our entree (shell fish allergy in addition to celiac). Each time the receipt stated gf and no shrimp, but was still wrong. Last night we tried again using the gift cards we got from the first two mistakes. I clearly stated we needed gf and that we were using gift cards from mistakes with previous orders. My wife's order of gf Alfredo had regular Alfredo noodles. We thought it looked different and luckily my wife didn't eat any before we called and checked. Again they apologized and offered to remove the charge. That's all well and good, but my issue is with carrabbas apparent indifference to food allergies. If you advertise a gf menu, you have to be willing to provide safe meals. Carrabbas obviously has a very poor training program for food allergies and a lack of accountability by their management. Eat at your own peril, but we've given up.

I had the house salad with creamy parmesan dressing, chicken trio and garlic mashed potatoes. I was so pleased that I did not get sick. I did tell the waitress I had celiac disease / label my order with an allergy to gluten so the kitchen would prepare with care.

Service was great, but I found the server to be a bit nervous. New hire maybe? I informed him of my wheat allergy. I ordered the shrimp scampi. He asked if I wanted appetizer size. I said yes. The app size came with a handful of small shrimp surrounded by toasted slices of bread. I first asked where the pasta was (there was none) and was about to question why there was bread on my plate when the plate was quickly wisked away and I was asked, "I thought you wanted the appetizer. Maybe it's me, but I have served for many a number of years... I would have double checked that order, esp with a wheat allergy. Too much to worry about there.any celiacs have no clues as to the disease...being allergic will always let you know! Servers need to be more educated. I will go back, but I don't expect servers to know better!

Considering this is a chain, it was an amazing place. They were very careful, even though the rest of my family are gluten eaters, they kept everything separate. Ask and ye shall receive. The food was soooo good and we all had enough for leftovers!
Went back several times and I have never been sick. The chicken soup (without noodles) is the bomb. Like I order it take-out when I’m sick. Just like grandma used to make, but they don’t add any noodles until they are about to serve it, so the soup is prepared gluten-free.

Food used to be good, but they recently switched out their GF cascarecce pasta for some weird GF bow tie pasta which is absolutely nasty.
