You can eat GF here, but you have to "just know" some things that are not obvious. First, you can get a bowl instead of a burrito even though that is not mentioned on the menu. Second, the online menu mentions that some meats are cooked in beer (not GF) but the wall menu does not say this. Third, the chips you get are a mixture of corn and flour. Inside the restaurant tends to be noisy so it's sometimes hard to ask the staff questions. I would say that for GF eaters this place gets by on the fact that much of Mexican cuisine is naturally GF. Putting all of that aside, however, I've eaten here more than 10 times and never gotten sick - I just order a chicken burrito bowl with black beans, lettuce, cheese, and no chips. Sometimes they give me chips anyway.
